ARMED ROBBERS RAPE 4 FEMALE TASUED STUDENTS IN SAGAMU
Suspected armed robbers have reportedly raped four female students of Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED), Ijagun in Odogbolu LGA, Ogun State.
The information available indicates that the criminals invaded the hostel located at Abapawa, an area of the campus housing the students at the wee hour of Tuesday 24th October 2023 and forcefully insulated canal knowledge on the students.
Subsequently, the development upsurges unrest among students before the intervention of security operatives.
Meanwhile, the Ogun State Governor, Engr. Noimot Salako-Oyedele visited the victims who are currently receiving treatment at the Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) at OSUTH, Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital (OOUTH), Sagamu, and the school management while she ensured the safety of students in TASUED.
