  		'post_content' => '<p>The national leader of the All Progressives Congress APC Chief Bola Ahmed Tinubu has endorsed Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s move to stop paying pension to ex-Lagos Governors and their deputies.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Recall, Eons Intelligence reported that Governor Sanwo-Olu on Tuesday, November 10 announced plans to repeal the Public Office Holder (Payment of Pension Law 2007) in Lagos while presenting the Government’s budget proposal for 2021 fiscal year&nbsp;to members of the Lagos State House of Assembly in Alausa, Ikeja.</p><p><br></p><p>In a statement released on Wednesday, November 11, Tinubu commended Governor Sanwo-Olu’s “courageous” plan&nbsp;to commence the repeal of the Pension Law giving pension packages to former governors and their deputies.</p><p><br></p><p>Below is the Statement released by Bola Tinubu who was the governor of Lagos state from 1997-2007:</p><p><br></p><p>"Congratulations to Governor Sanwo-Olu over the Y2021 budget which he appropriately christened” Budget of Rekindled Hope”.
