BREAKING: NIGERIA’S COVID-19 CASE RISES TO 5,445 AS NCDC CONFIRMS 288 MORE INFECTIONS
The number of coronavirus cases in Nigeria has increased from 5,162 to 5,445 as the Nigeria Center for Disease Control NCDC on Friday, May 15th, announced 288 new confirmed cases.
Of the 288 new cases, 179 infections were discovered in Lagos state, 20 in Kaduna and 15 were recorded in Katsina.
Lagos state has recorded a total of 2,278 confirmed Covid-19 cases, the highest in the country.
A total of 1,320 have recovered in the country with 171 deaths.
