FG DID NOT RELEASE GUIDELINES FOR RESUMPTION OF FLIGHTS
The Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria on Saturday denied claims that the Federal Government has released guidelines for the resumption of flights.
The national aviation authority in a statement signed by the General Manager, Mrs Henrietta Yakubu, disclaimed the release currently in circulation which says the Federal Government of Nigeria through FAAN has issued a post COVID-19 guideline for air travellers.
According to Mrs Yakubu, FAAN is currently "carefully and seriously working on a guideline, the release did not emanate from us as it is still a work in progress."
She however, enjoined air travellers and the general public to disregard the fake report, adding that FAAN will release the post COVID-19 guidelines via its official communication medium.
