UAE BARS FOREIGN AIRLINES FROM CONVEYING NIGERIANS TO DUBAI
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has barred foreign airlines from boarding Nigerians to Dubai, Daily Trust reports.
As of now, it cannot be ascertained if the decision by UAE Authorities to stop foreign airlines from boarding Nigerians into Dubai is connected to the Omicron Covid-19 variant.
It was gathered that Ethiopian Airlines, Turkish Air, and other international airlines going to Dubai from their bases refused to board Nigerians whose final destination is the UAE.
some of the airlines barred from boarding Nigerians include Egypt Air, Air France, KLM, Ethiopian Airlines, Rwanda Air, Etihad, etc.
