FG PLACES TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS ON 100 PASSENGERS FOR FLOUTING COVID 19 GUIDELINES

The Federal Government has sanctioned 100 travellers who failed to comply with the mandatory Day 7 post-arrival COVID 19 test. 


In a statement released on Tuesday, the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 announced that the defaulters have been sanctioned with a 6-month travel ban starting from February 5 to July 30, 2021. 


The passport numbers of the defaulters are pasted below:

Recall that last month, the Federal Government issued a 6-month ban on 100 travellers who failed to undergo the mandatory Day 7 COVID 19 test after returning to the country. 


Their restrictions started from January 1, 2021, would last till June 30, 2021.
