CP BABAJI SUNDAY ADDRESSES RECENT ARRESTS OF DRUG PEDDLERS AND ROBBERY SUSPECTS IN FCT
Commissioner of Police in the FCT, Babaji Sunday addresses arrests of Drug Peddlers and Robbery in the Nation's Capital.
In the past one week, 8 suspects arrested, 1 exhibit recovered, 1 locally fabricated pistol,1car recovered, 6 Indian Hemp bags and vandalized cables.
According to Intelligence, Police operatives From Bwari Division arrested male residents of Mpape and Masaka.
The suspects confessed to the crime and were arrested while vandalizing AEDC ‘high tension’ aluminum cables.
Relatively, on August 9, 2021, during a routine patrol, operatives of the Command’s Anti-Violent Crime Section arrested one Justice Ezeogu 36 years with six (6) bags of dried leaves suspected to be marijuana along Nyanya axis of the FCT.
During a routine patrol on August 6, 2021, Operatives of the Commands Anti-Violent Crime arrested one Ndifereke Samuel along Area One axis of the FCT for one chance robbery.
Police Operatives for the Criminal Investigation Department on August 1, 2021 arrested Jack Bemdoo at Durumi Park for impersonating as a personnel of the Nigeria Airforce.
