BREAKING: OSUN RECORDS TWO NEW COVID-19 CASES
Osun State has recorded two more coronavirus cases, bringing the total number of confirmed cases in the state to 36.
This was disclosed in a statement, on Sunday, May 3, signed by the State commissioner for Health, Dr Rafiu Isamotu.
He said, the two new cases confirmed by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control are wife and son of a previously confirmed case at Ife, who died last week.
He stated further that, 2 out of 53 test samples sent to NCDC accredited Testing centre for screening, came out positive.
According to Isamotu, Osun State has recorded 39 confirmed cases of Coronavirus, of which 10 are active.
