COVID-19: JACK MA DOLES OUT VENTILATORS, MORE TESTING KITS TO AFRICAN COUNTRIES
Chinese billionaire and Alibaba co-founder Jack Ma has made a second round donations of protective and medical equipment to combat the coronavirus pandemic in African countries.
Nigeria and fifty three other African countries would receive 500 ventilators donated by the billionaire.
The first batch of the medical supplies were delivered to Nigeria on 24th March.
Jack Ma on Monday stated this in a tweet from his verified Twitter handle that the second batch is on the way.
He said, " Our second donation to 54 countries in Africa is on the way. That includes 500 ventilators, 200,000 suits and face shields, 2,000 thermometers, 1m swabs extraction kits and 500,000 gloves.
