LAGOSIANS TO EXPERIENCE BLACKOUT FOR EIGHT WEEKS
Some residents in Lagos would experience blackout for the next eight weeks.
The power outage, which will run from 8am to 6 pm daily and it will kick off October 11, 2021.

Eons Intelligence gathered that the Chief Technical Officer, Ikeja Electric (IE), Jide Kumapayi, made this known in Lagos and he further explained that the reason behind this is to enable the IE carry out an upgrade to the 132KVA conductors from Ogba to Ikeja.
The affected areas include Oregun axis; Police Training College axis; Anifowoshe; Ojodu; Oba Akran; Magodo; Omole Phase 1 and Oke-Ira, among others.
