PROTEST ROCKS UNIVERSITY OF NIGERIA NSUKKA OVER SCHOOL FEES INCREMENT
The University of Nigeria Nsukka students has embarked on a peaceful protest over the sudden hike in school fees recently.
Information available indicates that the management of the institution recently increased the student's school fees as follows;
Final year students fees was increased from #42,000 to 92,000 300level and 200level was increased from 47k to 95k, while 100 level student fee was increased from 76 to 130k.
However, the students are protesting against the hike in school fees as that will cause a huge economic hardship for them and their parents.
