APGA LEADER, ABDULLAHI SHINKAFI ACCUSES APC OF OFFERING N56M TO BANDITS TO REFUSE THE RELEASE OF JANGEBE ABDUCTED SCHOOLGIRLS

Dr. Sani Abdullah Shinkafi, leader of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), in Zamfara State, has accused APC leaders in the State of offering 56 million naira to bandits to refuse the release of Jangebe abducted girls.

Recall, on February 26, Eons Intelligence reported that over 300 Schoolgirls were abducted from the Government Science Secondary School, Jangebe, Zamfara State.

The APGA leader claimed that the aim of the APC was to sabotage the peace effort of Governor Bello Mohammed Matawalle.

Shinkafi, who was the 2019 governorship candidate of APGA in Zamfara State, made the allegation during a press briefing on Monday.

“I, therefore, challenge politicians from both the ruling and opposition parties to subject their telephone numbers to security checks since I am confident that the story that will come out of that process would be shocking.

“The APC-led Federal Government should stop playing the 2023 politics with banditry in Zamfara State. The APC leadership missed the point due to pettiness, contempt and attempts to play to the gallery," he said.

Shinkafi alleged that some APC members in Zamfara State were desperate to ensure that Matawalle failed in his commitment to transform the State, stressing that security operatives needed to be active in curtailing the menace of insecurity in Nigeria.

He urged the youth not to allow themselves to be used as political thugs by some desperate and selfish politicians in burning down the country by some desperate and selfish politicians, advising them to focus more on building the nation.
