BOKO HARAM/ISWAP GIVES VACATION ORDER TO 10 VILLAGES IN GEIDAM LGA OF YOBE STATE OR FACE ELIMINATION

Intel available to Eons Intelligence indicates that elements of BH/ISWAP has given vacation notice to residents of 10 communities in Geidam Local Government Area of Yobe State.

The affected villages include; Yaro, Sashehu, Balar, Awasai, Lukuri, Bulakuwa, Musari, Kellur, Kyari and Masamari.

The eviction deadline which expires midnight today, came on the heels of the January 14th attack on Garin Gada in Same Geidam LGA, carried out by same insurgents who came in military vehicles and dressed in military uniforms leading to the killing of 3 vigilantes and burning of village dispensary, construction company’s properties and other public structures.

Three other persons were hit by stray bullets during the attack.

Eons Intelligence projects that this attack may take place sooner than expected if a preemptive military operations is not carried out on the BH/ISWAP faction that issues this threat.

It is feared that if this is allowed to be actualized, several of such eviction notice will be issued and residents may begin to oblige thereby defeating the State aovernment’s effort to resettle the displaced indigenes to their various communities.

Recall, on January 8, Eons Intelligence reported that there was a plan by Boko Haram faction to launch attacks on construction workers engaged in the expansion of the 5km road network from Baga-Duguri.
