APC LEADERSHIP TUSSLE: COURT EXTENDS VICTOR GIADOM'S POSITION AS ACTING NATIONAL CHAIRMAN

A Federal High Court in Abuja has extended the lifespan of the Court Order of March 16, 2020, which mandated that Chief Victor Giadom acts as the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress APC after the suspension of Adams Oshiomhole.

On Tuesday, June 16, the National Working Committee announced Senator Abiola Ajimobi as the Party's Acting National Chairman after the court appeal upheld Oshiomhole's suspension

Chief Oluwole Afolabi, ESQ, the lawyer to the plaintiff, swiftly issued a press statement drawing the attention of the public to the March 16 verdict, which empowers Victor Giadom to act as National Chairman of APC.
