GUNMEN ATTACK POLICE STATION AND TWO CHECKPOINTS IN EMUOHA LGA OF RIVERS STATE, SEVEN POLICEMEN KILLED
Eons Intelligence has gathered that seven policemen were feared killed as gunmen attacked a police station and two police checkpoints in Emuoha LGA of Rivers State.
Sources say the assailant invaded a station at Rumuji axis of the East-West Road, Emuoha LGA, on Friday night and butchered two security operatives in cold blood
The attackers then proceeded to set the Police station police facility ablaze.
It was learnt that the assailants also attacked a Police checkpoint at Ogbakiri junction, Emuoha LGA, killed two police operatives, and set ablaze a police van.
In a similar incident in Emuoha LGA, the gunmen attacked another police checkpoint called Choba C4i, along the East-West road and killed three police operatives.
Confirming the incidents, the State’s Police PRO, Nnamdi Omoni, said a search has begun to arrest the culprits and bring them to justice.

1. ASP Jubril Adams
2. NSP George Matthew
At Rumuji
1. ASP Nelson Azuma
2. INSP Friday Oyeghe
Two AK-47s were snatched from them and a police van set ablaze.
At Elimgbu
1. ASP Ibrahim Otteh
2. ASP Okoro Azuka
3. INSP Basset Paulinus.
