POLICE BEGIN PROBE OVER THE DEATH OF KADUNA STATE COUNCILLOR
The Kaduna State Police Command has begun a probe over the murder of one Samaila Mairago, a councillor representing Nasarawa Ward in the Funtua LGA, Kaduna State
The information available indicates that the gunmen stormed the town headed straight to the residence of the deceased in the late hours of 2nd October 2023 in Nasarawa Quarters, Funtua.
However, it was not ascertained whether the gunmen went away with any of his property after the attack.
Meanwhile, police commenced an investigation on 3rd October 2023 over the incident, and have vowed to bring whoever is in the cause into a book.
