TERROR BANDITS KILL 50 RESIDENTS IN KEBBI COMMUNITY

Terror bandits on Friday stormed Dankade village in Kebbi State killing 50 locals or more.

Eons Intelligence gathered that the assailants, who rode on motorcycles, stormed the village on Friday night and operated for 10 hours, razing shops and houses and also rustling cattle.

Locals say that the armed men, upon infiltrating the village, engaged troops and policemen in a gun battle, killing three soldiers. It was said that security agents were forced to retreat, leaving the residents defenceless.

This comes barely two weeks after terror bandits invaded Anka and Bukkuyum LGAs in Zamfara, killing over 200 residents in a myriad of Bandits attacks that has ravaged the North-West.

It is pertinent to mention that Kebbi shares a border with Zamfara State, which has witnessed a surge in banditry attacks in recent months, leaving many dead and injured, properties destroyed, and cattle rustled

This prompted the Zamfara State Government to shut all telecommunication services in the State.
