In the absence of security many villagers are evacuating.</p><p><br></p><p>Sources indicate the affected villages as Nanarke, Galle, Fasagora, Kalarfana, Ruwan Kura &amp;&nbsp;Kyaram; Kairu, Takalafiya, Kause, Gidan Gundam, Akabe &amp; Tungar Rakumi. Some villages relocated to safer villages in XXX LGA of Zamfara State, others moved to Kebbi State.</p><p><br></p><p>Unfortunately, multiple attacks by armed Non State Actors on some of the named vulnerable villages in Bukkuyum LGA continue as recently as May 22/22 despite visible presence of security forces deployed at FOBs in locations given as Bukkuyum &amp;&nbsp;Gwashi LGAs.</p><p><br></p><p>Several bandits are harbouring within Gando forest located in Gwashi district. Gando forest enjoys multiple routes connecting neighbouring Sokoto,&nbsp;Kebbi &amp; Niger states.
