NIGERIA AVIATION ACQUIRES TRAINING AIRCRAFT
As part of its plan to ensure a proficient aviation sector, Nigeria has acquired three training aircraft.
The Minister of Aviation Hadi Sirika who made the announcement on Twitter said the newly acquired training aircraft are for the training college in Zaria.
He also hinted that there are more aircraft to be received as the first three are the first batch.
"Just received the first batch of 3 training aircraft for our training college in Zaria. There is no better safety than a well-trained, proficient aviator. Training will now be more efficient, faster and cheaper. Our roadmap is yielding good result. We appreciate your support," the minister said.
The Nigeria College of Aviation Technology NCAT, Zaria Kaduna State was created to give specialised training for Nigerian and African pilots, aircraft maintenance engineers, and navigation aid technicians.
