VIDEO: SENATOR ELISHA ABBO FINED FOR ASSAULTING WOMAN, SLAPS ANOTHER MAN REPEATEDLY IN VIRAL VIDEO
Senator Elisha Abbo has again been caught on video slapping a young man repeatedly in his hometown, Mubi in Adamawa State.
The incident occurred on Thursday evening, December 3, barely a week after Mr Abbo dumped PDP to APC.

In the viral video, Abbo was seen angrily scolding a young man before exiting his car to slap the man repeatedly in Mubi.
This is coming nineteen months after the Adamawa North Senator was captured in a viral video hitting a woman identified as Osimibibra Warmate at a sex shop in Abuja on May 11, 2019 in the presence of an armed police man.
Sequel to the assault, the police arraigned Abbo before a Magistrate Court in Zuba, on a one-count charge of assault.

Despite video evidence of the incident, the Magistrate, Abdullahi Ilelah, upheld the no-case submission filed by the lawmaker and dismissed the case.
Ilelah said the police failed to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the lawmaker assaulted Warmate.
The ruling shocked millions of Nigerians in spite of a video evidence as well as televised public apology tendered to the victim by Senator Elisha Abbo.
However, Warmate filed a separate civil suit at the FCT High Court and on September 28, Samira Bature, the presiding Judge, convicted Abbo and ordered him to pay N50 million as compensation to her.
