PRESS RELEASE CLAIMING TO OFFER A NEW TYPE OF AMERICAN WORK VISA TO NIGERIAN CITIZENS AGED 40-55 IS FAKE-US MISSION IN NIGERIA
The US mission in Nigeria has alerted Nigerians to a fake press release claiming to offer Nigerian professionals between the age of 40-55 a special kind of work visa.
The press release claimed that President Joe Biden has signed an Executive Order permitting professionals like Health workers, Marine workers, Accountants, Lecturers, e.t.c in Nigeria access to a new type of work visa.
However, in a statement released on Thursday, the US mission in Nigeria has alerted members of the public that the press release is being circulated by scammers and fraudsters, insisting that Nigerians should only visit the official US embassy websites for legitimate information.

Scammers and fraudsters are circulating a fake “press release” claiming to offer a new type of work visa to Nigerian citizens aged 40-55. It’s the same old scam, but in fresh packaging – don’t become a victim!
