35-YEAR- OLD MOTHER OF FIVE APPREHENDED FOR ALLEGED FRAUD, THEFT
The operatives of the Anambra State Police Command have apprehended one Mrs Akunna Roseline Udom for allegedly defrauding members of the public on Monday 20 February 2023.
Information available indicates that the 35-year-old mother of five was a leader of a three-man syndicate specialised in defrauding members of the public especially young single ladies promising them marriage to her brother overseas who is looking for a wife.
The woman in her fraudulent act also tells her victims of possessing spiritual powers that double any amount given to her.
Meanwhile, Rose who joined the notorious gang about a year ago has defrauded more than 5 single ladies of N9m. While some of her syndicate members are at large.
