ABDUCTED MEDICAL PERSONNEL IN OGUN STATE REGAIN FREEDOM
Two medical personnel, Dr Adetola Oladunni and Mrs Olajide Durojaye, who were abducted along Imeko/Abeokuta road, on their way to their duty posts at the General Hospital, Imeko, have regained their freedom from their abductors.
Eons Intelligence reported on Sunday that the gunmen abducted the medical personnel along the Imeko/Abeokuta road.
The victims were whisked away by their abductors as gunpoint while security agents were deployed to ensure they were rescued.
The kidnappers had demanded a sum of N20 million naira for their liberty but it cannot be ascertained if the ransom was eventually paid to secure the release of the medical personnel.
