BANDITS KIDNAP FIVE PERSONS IN ZARIA LGA OF KADUNA
Bandits have again abducted five people in Dallatu and Kasuwar Da’a areas of Dutsen Abba in Zaria Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
Sources disclose that the assailants stormed Dallatu village around 1am on Wednesday and kidnapped two people, and proceeded to Kasuwar Da’a village where they abducted the remaining victims.
This is coming 24 hours after bandits blocked the Kaduna-Zaria expressway, abducting not less than 30 commuters and also killing several.
On December 7, Eons Intelligence reported that Bandits abducted 36 residents in Jangali Bangoma community, Birnin Gwari LGA of Kaduna State.
This was barely one week after bandits kidnapped over 50 residents of Ungwa Gimbiya village, Chikun LGA of Kaduna.
Recall, on September 29, Eons Intelligence reported that the State Government suspended telecommunication services to tackle the menace of bandits and other criminals in the State.
Kajuru, Chikun, Igabi, Birnin Gwari, Giwa, Zaria, and Zango-Kataf were some of the Local Government Areas where telecommunication services were suspended in the State.
