OLUWO OF IWO LAND CAPTURED ON CAMERA WRAPPING CANNABIS (VIDEO)
A video of HRH Oluwo of Iwo ,Oba Abdulrasheed Akanbi, rolling a weed in his palace has surfaced on the internet.
In the video which has gone viral, the king was seen putting some weed inside a rizla, after-which he used his tongue to finish the sealing.
The clip shows the controversial monarch in his bedroom with a hard surface on his laps rolling the concoction in a rizla in his hand.
However, there is no evidence that Oba Akanbi smoked it.
