BANDITS STORM ZAMFARA COMMUNITY, CART AWAY 300 COWS AND LOOT SHOPS

Eons Intelligence have gathered that bandits invaded Dansadau town in Maru Local Government Area of Zamfara State, carting away about 300 cows and also looting shops in the process.

Sources say the assailants, numbering about 150, invaded the town on Tuesday evening around 4pm and rustled over 300 cows.

Eons Intelligence learnt that the bandits infiltrated the town and overwhelmed the security personnel stationed there. They shot sporadically into the air to scare residents and conducted their operation which lasted for about two hours.

The attackers then moved into a nearby forest with the rustled cattle.

This comes barely one week after bandits attacked Samawa Bungudu community, Bungudu LGA of Zamfara State. Several structures were set ablaze and residents were forced to flee the community due to the frequent occurrence of attacks from bandits.
