BREAKING: NIGERIA’S COVID-19 CASE RISES TO 5,621 AS NCDC CONFIRMS 176 MORE INFECTIONS
The number of coronavirus cases in Nigeria has increased from 5,445 to 5,621 as the Nigeria Center for Disease Control NCDC on Saturday, May 16th, announced 176 new confirmed cases.
Of the 176 new cases, 95 infections were discovered in Lagos state, 31 in Kaduna and 11 were recorded in FCT.
Lagos state has recorded a total of 3,373 confirmed Covid-19 cases, the highest in the country.
A total of 1,472 have recovered in the country with 176 deaths.
