BREAKING: ONDO DEPUTY GOVERNOR JOINS PDP
Agboola Ajayi, Deputy Governor of Ondo State, on Sunday, June 21, resigned from the All Progressives Congress (APC) and defected to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
The Deputy Governor resigned his membership at his home town in Kiribo, Ward 2, Apoi, Ese-Odo Local Government Area of Ondo State.
This is coming after a video emerged, on Saturday, June 20, showing Bolaji Salami, the newly deployed Commissioner of Police in Ondo State, preventing the Deputy Governor from moving out of the Government House in Akure, the State Capital.
Immediately, Ajayi picked up his membership card of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Ajayi, while addressing his supporters, said he he is happy to be back to the PDP.
