COURT SENTENCE CLEANER TO 10 MONTHS IMPRISONMENT FOR STEALING HIS BOSS N900,000 IN KADUNA
The Chief Magistrate Court, Ibrahim Emmanuel, in Kaduna has sentenced a cleaner identified as Samson Daniel, to 10 months in prison for ripping off his employer's N900,000.
The verdict was passed to Daniel the cleaner on Tuesday 7th March 2023. He was however put on the condition of paying N30,000 fine, returning N500,000 to the complainant, Habiba Hamza, or an additional year in prison.

However, the prosecutor informed the court that Daniel perpetrated the crime on January 30, 2023, after he broke into his employer's bedroom and stole N900,000 in Barnawa, Kaduna.
Meanwhile, during the police investigation, Daniel made known he committed the crime while N400,000 was recovered from him.
