FOUR POLICE FEARED DEAD AS BANDITS ATTACK CHECKPOINT IN ZAMFARA STATE
No fewer than four policemen were killed by armed bandits on Monday 10th July 2023 at about 2359hrs in Bungudu LGA, Zamfara State.
The information available indicates that the armed bandits ambushed the policemen mounting a checkpoint along Bungudu-Gusau Road, and opened fire on them.
Also, the bandits invaded Tagero village under the Furfuri district, Bungudu LGA, shot another person and rustled several cattle belonging to residents of the village.
