NIGERIAN AIR FORCE KILLS TOP ISWAP COMMANDERS ALONG LAKE CHAD, SEVERAL OTHER INSURGENTS KILLED AND THEIR CAMPS DESTROYED
Report indicates that scores of ISWAP top commanders may have been killed in an air bombardment targeted at a location where Ali Chakkar and other Commanders were holding a meeting along the fringes of Lake Chad.
This is coming at a time when both terrorist factions of Boko Haram and ISWAP reunited and pledged their allegiance to a new Commander, Aba Ibrahim Al-Hashimiyil AlKhuraishi, whom they unanimously ordained as ‘Khalifan Muslimai’.
Eons Intelligence gathered that various other insurgents camps in Sabon Tumbu, Kwalaram and Jibularam were successfully bombarded by the Nigerian Airforce fighter jets following a persistent airstrike based on credible intelligence.
Several training camps and spiritual enclaves have equally been cleared.
Recall that fighter aircraft of the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) last Sunday eliminated scores of ISWAP-Boko Haram terrorists including their commanders in Lamboa forest, Kaga Local Government area of Borno State.
Eons Intelligence gathered that the multiple airstrikes conducted by a mix of aircrafts including Alpha-Jets, L-39 and MI-35 helicopters, also killed the notorious ISWAP Logistic Commander, Modu Sulum.
Barely 72 hours after the death of Sulum, troops arrested his errand boy, Wida Kachalla, in an ISWAP-Boko Haram enclave in Murguba settlement in Borno State.
It is pertinent to mention that the Nigerian Army on June 16 also arrested a notorious ISWAP informant, Goni Fandam, who supplies information on the movement of security operatives to terrorists.
