NSCDC ARREST SEVEN SUSPECTS OVER DIFFERENT CRIMES IN KANO STATE
No fewer than seven suspects were arrested by the operatives of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps Kano State Command over different crimes ranging from vandalism, and car theft to phone snatching in Kano State.
Three of the suspects identified as Ibrahim Sani, 25; Salahu Abubakar Ale, 25, and Jafar Sani, 20 were arrested over the crime of vandalizing an armored 7mms cable within Sabon Gari community, in Fagge Local Government Area.
Similarly, Bara’u Auwal, 19; Yusuf Ibrahim, 18, and Sharhabilu Rabiu Abubakar, 19, were also apprehended over the crime of phone theft at Dorayi/Chiranchi Gwale Local Government Area.
Nonetheless, a suspect specializing in car theft and documents forgery, Aminu Adamu, 32, of Unguwar Dosa in Kaduna State, was also arrested at Gandun Albasa Kano Municipal while attempting to steal a Toyota Corolla.
The exhibits recovered from Aminu Adamu include a bunch of keys containing 13 Toyota keys, one fake plate number, and one fake/car particulars.
Meanwhile, all the suspects would be charged to Court for prosecution as soon as the investigation was concluded.
