POLICE ARREST SUSPECTED ARMED ROBBER, ARMS AND AMMUNITION RECOVERED
In pursuance of the 2022 Yuletide Security and Safety Plan, Police Operatives attached to Awkunanaw Division, Enugu state police command while on surveillance operation on December 24,2022, at about 2130hrs of the day arrested one Sunday Chukwu (male).
One locally-fabricated pistol with one live cartridge were confiscated from the suspect.
The suspect was alleged to be carrying out criminal activities during festive period with his cohorts who are now at large.
