RITUAL KILLING: 14-YEAR-OLD BOY BEHEADED IN IBADAN
A 14-year-old boy, identified as Malik Kareem, who recently wrote his final subject for the West Africa Examination Council at Iyana Community Grammar School, Olode, Moniya, Ibadan, was reportedly beheaded for ritual at Olorisaoko community, Akinyele LGA, Oyo State.
The available information indicates that the victim and three of his age bracket contacted a Muslim cleric for money ritual on 10th August 2024.
However, the other three boys bargained with the cleric to use the victim for ritual without his knowledge which therefore resulted in beheading him.
Angrily, the unidentified youths in the area set the cleric's house ablaze immediately after they found out that the cleric was at large.
Meanwhile, the police are currently investigating the incident.
