SOUTH AFRICA MINISTER SUSPENDED FOR TWO MONTHS FOR VIOLATING LOCKDOWN ORDER.

President of The Republic of South Africa, Cyril Ramaphosa has directed that Minister Stella Ndabeni-Abrahams be placed on a special leave for two months, after a picture of her having lunch with ANC MP Mduduzi Manana during the Lockdown broke on social media.

The two months leave handed to the minister also means she won't be paid for one of the two months she would be absent from service.

The President expressed his disappointment in the Minister's actions, and said that her actions negated the directive and instruction that all citizens of the country should stay at home during the Lockdown.
