BOKO HARAM KILL SHEPHERDS, STEAL THEIR COWS

Boko Haram Insurgents have killed two shepherds and stolen a large number of their cows in a Cameroon village.

The Jihadists attacked the cattle and their shepherds in the early hours of Thursday, September 10 in Girballa village not far from Mora town.

Cameroon soldiers responding to the villagers distress call pursued the Insurgents and were able to recover 60 cows, sources say.

However, the assailants escaped with an unknown number of cows.

Following consistent military strikes on Boko Haram hideouts and the recent cholera outbreak in their camps, the insurgents are desperate for food and medicine.

The Insurgents on Wednesday, September 9 looted medical supplies from a private Catholic health centre in Goudjimdélé village.
