BREAKING: IGP USMAN ALKALI DISBANDS MONITORING SATELLITE OFFICES IN LAGOS AND PORT HARCOURT
Nigeria's acting Inspector General of Police (IGP), Usman Alkali, has ordered the disbandment of all monitoring satellite offices in Lagos and Port Harcourt.
The Police Chief made the announcement in a meeting with Police Commissioners and Senior officers on Thursday.
Alkali said the monitoring teams were dissolved following incessant complaints of harassment levelled against the officers.
