BREAKING: BANDITS KILL RETIRED ADMIRAL'S DAUGHTER AND 1 SOLDIER ALONG OKENE-LOKOJA ROAD
Armed bandits suspected to be kidnappers have killed the daughter of a retired Rear Admiral and a military officer who was driving along Okene-Lokoja road on Wednesday, July 9.
Sources say the victims were shot dead at about 4 pm on Wednesday, July 9.
Scene of the crime
An orderly identified as Oscar Ahmadu with army number S8097 narrowly escaped and fled into the nearby bush. The deceased were taken to the Federal Medical Centre in Lokoja.
The Okene-Lokoja road is notorious for incessant bandit attacks.
On Sunday July 5, a Nigeria army captain, GSM Abubakar was murdered on the same Okene-Lokoja road while his wife and mother were kidnapped.
