16 ABDUCTED AS BANDITS ATTACK ANOTHER COMMUNITY IN KADUNA STATE
Barely 24hrs after the Christmas day attack in Angwan Aku and Kajuru LGA, where one person was killed and 45 others abducted, sixteen people have been abducted in yet another attack on Angwa Pa community in Kajuru Local Government Area of Kaduna state.
The incident occurred at about 1930hrs on Monday, December 26, 2022.
The bandits invaded the community and abducted 53 people but 37 of them escaped and returned home yesterday morning, leaving 16 others in captivity.
Meanwhile,the attack on Angwan Pa was unexpected because after the attack on Anguwan Aku on Sunday, soldiers were deployed to condone the area.
Four of the victims kidnapped have been identified as Veronica Elisha, Thankgod Elisha, Sunday Alhaji, and Matan Sunday Alhaji.
Also,some villagers who were kidnapped by bandits in Dogon Noma community, Maro ward in Kajuru, have regained freedom after three weeks in captivity.
