COURT REMANDS YORUBA NATION AGITATORS WHO INVADED IBADAN RADIO STATION
Seven Yoruba Nation agitators who invaded a radio station in Oyo state have been remanded at Abolongo Correction Centre.
Recall that Eons Intelligence had earlier reported how the suspects invaded Amuludun station of the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria, (FRCN) Moniya in Akinyele local government area on Sunday, May 28, 2023.
The suspects were arraigned on a 4 count charge of Conspiracy, treason and two-count charge of armed robbery. The suspects are; Noah Atoyebi, Adeleke Gbenga AbdulGaniyu Mustaoha and Ifagbola Elijah, Oladapo Ajala and Rasheed Jimoh.
They were arraigned on a 4-count at Ibadan Magistrate court on Monday, June 19, 2023, but their plea was not taken.
Magistrate P.O. Adetuyi ordered them to be remanded at Abolongo Correction Centre and adjourned the case to 13th September 2023.
Magistrate Adetuyi stated that the case file would be duplicated and sent to the Director of Public Prosecution for advice.
