LAGOS POLICE NAB TWO SUSPECTED ROBBERS IN MUSHIN
The operatives Lagos state police Command have arrested two suspected armed robbers at Mushin Area, Lagos State
Available information indicates that the police received a distress call about the illegal operation of armed robbers at Agoro Street, Mushin, at about 0100hr on 1st August 2024. The tactical team based in Surulere swiftly moved to the location and arrested two suspects while one other escaped.
The arrested suspects, Sherrif Mustapha, 42, and Suturat Lateef, 28, led the police to 1, Moshalashi Street, Mushin where the following were recovered: Two AK 47 rifles, One K2 Assault rifles, One Red Rufer rifle, Three pump action rifles, Two locally made single barrel pistols, Five magazines, 57 live cartridges, 70 5.56 live ammunition, 27 9mm ammunition, One expended 5.56 ammunition, One dagger, Three walkie talkies, and Nine international passports.
Meanwhile, investigation has commenced to track down the suspect at large.
