NIGERIAN NAVY SHIP SOROH DESTROY ILLEGAL REFINING SITE IN BAYELSA STATE

In a significant crackdown on illegal activities, the Nigerian Navy Ship SOROH has successfully discovered and deactivated an active illegal refining site in Eduwuini 11, Bayelsa State.

The operation, part of the ongoing initiative titled Operation DELTA SANITY, revealed the clandestine operation's sophisticated setup. The operatives dismantled two reservoirs, three drums, and seized empty sacks used in the illegal refining process. Additionally, two ovens containing crude oil, estimated to be around 4000 liters, were seized as evidence.

Furthermore, a small boat loaded with illegally refined product suspected to be kerosene was apprehended at the scene, further implicating the operation in illicit activities.
