NSCDC BURSTS ILLEGAL SURFACE DIESEL DEPOT IN ORE, ONDO STATE
Operatives of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) in Ondo state have dismantled an illegal Diesel Depot in Ore, within the Odigbo local government area of the state.
Edenabu Douglas Eweka, the Ondo State Commandant of the NSCDC told newsmen that economic saboteurs used the arena to store illegally refined products after vandalizing pipelines on the high seas and the creeks in the Niger Delta region.
Eweka disclosed that the criminals usually transport the products via badges and boats to Agadagba, Ijaw, Ido Osun, and other coastal areas in Ondo state.

The NSCDC boss said the Command's Antivandal squad recovered 70 Kegs of 30 litres AGO and 35,000 litres of suspected adulterated Automotive Gas Oil (AGO), a Toyota Sequoia Jeep, a Toyota Camry Car, One Pumping Machine, and two Industrial Hose Pipes.
