POLICE ARREST TWO SUSPECTED KIDNAPPERS ALONG GANMO/OMU-ARAN ROAD IN KWARA STATE
The Kwara State police command have arrested two suspected kidnappers along the Ganmo/Omu-Aran road in Kwara State.
The suspects, Rafiu Ganiyu, 45, who hails from Idi-Ogun Compound, Ganmo, and Mustapha Afolabi, 42, who also hails from Ganmo, were arrested on Friday August 20 around 5.30pm.
Security operatives recovered three locally made pistols and four locally made cut to size guns from the suspects.
Similarly, security operatives in Kwara arrested a group of cultists in the Malete area of the State.
The suspected cultists were nabbed on Wednesday August 18 after actionable Intelligence revealed their location. The suspects, numbering 9, confessed to be fraudsters.
Exotic cars, phones with Laptops were recovered from them.
