The war on terror is most effective or ineffective through the success or failure of intelligence and counter intelligence led operations for or against government and non state actors.
Protecting innocent civilians and safeguarding the integrity and national territorial boundary of every state is a national and regional security priority.
If you see something say something - this is the people’s war , victory can only be attained if all hands are fully on deck.
