ARMY PERSONNEL ALLEGEDLY OPEN FIRE ON MOTORCYCLIST,KILL PASSENGER IN ABUJA
Abubakar Idris who is known to be an operatives of the Nigerian Army, has allegedly killed a male motorcycle passenger.
The officer,a Presidential Guard Brigade, who in his effort to halt motorcyclists' movement released fire at them which eventually induced the death of the passenger.
The incident occurred at the climax of a bridge linking Aguiyi Ironsi way, Asokoro, on January 2,2023, at about 0100hrs of the day.
The deceased was taken to the Asokoro District Hospital, Abuja, for an autopsy.
Information available indicates that after the ugly incident,the bike men fled,the soldiers also took a French leave at the scene, forsaking the cadaver until the police surfaced the area.
