BREAKING: ABIA STATE GOVERNOR TESTS POSITIVE FOR COVID-19
Governor of Abia State, Okezie Ikpeazu, has tested positive for Coronavirus.
Recall that Governor Ikpeazu had gone into isolation before the results of his COVID-19 test came out.
This was announced early this morning in a statement by the State's Commissioner for Information, John Okiyi.
According to the statement released, the Governor has directed his deputy, RT HON Ude Oko Chukwu, to act on his behalf pending his full resumption of duties.
