BREAKING: NIGERIA’S COVID-19 CASE RISES TO 5162 AS NCDC CONFIRMS 193 MORE INFECTIONS
The number of coronavirus cases in Nigeria has increased from 4,971 to 5,162 as the Nigeria Center for Disease Control NCDC on Thursday, May 14th, announced 193 new confirmed cases.
Of the 193 new cases, 58 infections were discovered in Lagos state, 46 in Kano and 35 in Jigawa.
Lagos state has recorded a total of 2,099 confirmed Covid-19 cases, the highest in the country.
A total of 1,180 have recovered in the country with 167 deaths.
