COVID-19: FOUR INMATES DIE IN KADUNA PRISON.
EONS Intelligence had in its publication on Tuesday 31st March reported “COVID-19: INMATES PROTEST AT KADUNA CORRECTIONAL CENTRE”.
The report indicates that, following the spread of Coronavirus virus and fear of contracting the virus. Inmates protest the congestion in their cells in the facility.

The Nigeria Correctional Service, Kaduna State command, said the Four inmates who sustained injuries during the protest and attempted jail break have died.
The Controller of Corrections, Kaduna State command, Sanusi Mu'azu Danmusa, stated this in a statement on Saturday.
There has been unrest at the facility, which has led the prison Authority to seek reinforcement from the Army, Police as well as Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps before the situation gets out of Control.
