EXPLOSION ROCKS ABIA COMMUNITY, DISRUPTS BY-ELECTION
Reports indicate that an explosion has occurred at the Umuola Hall, Ward 8, Ogbor Hill, Aba North council, during the ongoing by-election into the Aba North/South Federal Constituency seat.
Eons Intelligence gathered that no casualties were recorded but electoral materials were scattered as workers, voters and party agents scampered for safety.
Sources say the voting process was ongoing when a loud blast was heard suddenly sparking tension and creating fear among voters and electoral officers
However, security operatives have arrived at the scene of the incident, and restored order and normalcy to the voting process.
